THe size thing overall, though, is a general commentary to all burger places (Grill'd and Urge included). I love the "Queenslander" flavour combo, but they're always made so big! Maybe a "mini-queenslander" is wishful thinking on my part – or perhaps I just need to share my Queenslanders with friends from here out! Why order the biggest burger on the menu in the large size then strike a point against it for the sheer size? Grill'd is the most consistently disappointing burger I've had. They're hard to eat, they're not overly flavourful and their sauces are either soapy or meh. But people *love* them like crazy! My favourite less gourmet burger joint in Melbourne, Lord of the Fries, offers 2-3 burger sizes. The smaller ones are especially good for a snack on the run or for when I prefer to focus on the chips. :-) I’m totally with you on the portion size issue!
