		<description>I love these pastries.  Mr Mélanger loves them - and I still haven&#039;t perfected them to his Finnish standards!  I think you&#039;re right though, they are begging for experimentation.  I won&#039;t tell him that, either! :)</description>

one tip: you should put your oven tray beforehand in the oven so its already hot. that way your Karjalanpiirakkadough will be more crispy. atleast I like when cover is quite crispy and porige inside creamy...


by the way...tervetuola is correctly speld tervetuloa. It´s no big deal, but I would like to know this if I would have written it :)
